the initial check-in took a while (not ideal). however, the food was exquisite! ! the flambéd brie and salmon tartar were amazing! plus, the outdoor pools and hot tubs were so enjoyable. loved the comfortable queen room!

The food and quality of food was overall amazing.

We faced significant delays waiting for service at the restaurant. After ordering, we were left unattended for far too long, leading to frustration. Additionally, the plating and selection of brunch items were not communicated clearly, resulting in a disappointing experience.

Spacious layout and clean pools made our stay enjoyable. However, the check-in process was quite slow. Cycling is available nearby, which we loved.

The king room offered a great layout with ample storage and a lovely covered porch. Enjoyed the spacious indoor pool and the quality of the food at the restaurant was impressive, particularly the roasted meats. However, the check-in process was inefficient, and the air conditioning unit was quite noisy during the night. While the setting was beautiful, some aspects of the service could use improvement.

The outdoor pool and hot tub area were delightful, with plenty of loungers and great bar service! The suite had a lovely balcony with a charming patio swing bench, perfect for relaxation.

Big rooms, tasty food!

We had a nice family gathering here, and the spacious rooms were perfect for us all. The pools were a big hit with the kids. We also enjoyed snacks from the bar lounge, but the beds felt a bit small for comfort. A queen bed would've been sweet!

It was just a top selection for a swift visit in Magog with value for price. The breakfasts were amazing, offering a variety of tasty options each morning. Bring your own chairs for the pool to avoid reserving issues during busy times.

Kids loved the outdoor pool. hallways need updating. Great Nespresso machine in room!

We really enjoyed the spacious layout of the pool area, which offered plenty of options like hot tubs and saunas. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the spa services were amazing, especially my massage with Meghan.

We had a cozy time by the gas fireplace in our suite, felt nice and warm. The outdoor hot tubs were a highlight – after a long day, nothing beats soaking with a view of the mountains.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but oh well, the experience was worth it.
